Dear Karen,
I am absolutely delighted that you are well!! It's been a long, difficult and taxing journey, but you never gave up!! And I hope my friend, that you are deeply, deeply proud of yourself as you certainly should be!
I know it made it harder having to work hard to pay the bills. Mel always says it takes people in full time work( and you had more than one job) more time to regain their health, because rest and recuperation is key. But you got there in the end and I know that each piece of Apple Cake that you have ( yes, in moderation) tastes like Heaven to you :-).
You are a lovely lady and deserve complete health. You deserve the peace and tranquility of not having to fight for your health anymore! I know that being secure in your health is wonderful. You can rest and relax and know you are ok. Ah!! how great is that!
Thank you for helping Mel in his time of need! We sure do find out who truly cares about us in times of struggle!! And you have a big heart Karen that's for sure!!
I just want you to take the very best care that you can be happy with yourself because YOU DID IT!!! And I bet that Sneakers ( your dear friend Donna) is now as we speak, doing cartwheels and whooping for Joy in your honour :-).
