Dear All,

This weeks Conference call was the 3rd Annual, 'Mellow the Magnificent Call." With Mel dressed as a Swami in a beautiful turban reading people's futures:-). All for fun and light relief at Thanksgiving time!

Well Mellow told fortunes of good health and wealth and everything else in between and brought some laughter to the group:-).

I asked him the most important thing regards Health for people in our group. In my mind I was thinking of the word, 'Hope.' Next thing Mel( Mellow) said, "never give up Hope!!". Well, I think there may be some Mind Reading abilities that Mellow has as well as fortune telling:-).

One relatively new community member was discussing looking at his fibres every couple of days with a UV lamp. He does this to remove them. Mellow said, "use dilute WPS on skin and this will help you get the fibres off you. They are better out than in, but give up the worry and you will get better." Peter added, "the fibres are made of keratin and collagen and biofilm(by the body).A little curiosity is healthy, but it's not ideal to be fixated on the odd aspects of this disease."

Mellow went on, "most sufferers of Morgellons have metal toxicity." Peter talked about metal toxicity possibly being connected to the different colours of fibres people can exude from their bodies. He read in a Chinese site that red fibres could have cadmium in them. Blue and green fibres could be associated with mercury. But as Mellow said, "Herx's lower the toxic load and the immunity will kick in."

Donna aka, 'Sneakers,' made a surprise visit. It was lovely to hear your voice Donna, I hope you are taking good care of your Good self:-). She too mentioned that using a microscope when she was exuding fibres almost drove her crazy. She recommended getting rid of microscopes and focusing on getting better only. I agree ?? with this approach. I like that there are no horror stories in our community. I like that people aren't obsessing over the weirdness and going deeply into it. I know this happens in many other Morgellons communities and it's the last thing any of us need. In order to be strong and stay strong, we need to focus on getting our immunities kick started again, that's it. Anything else messes with our minds and then delays our Bodies Restoration. Believe me, we have all been there! That's why it's so important for new people to learn what works what doesn't, from people who are further along in their healing journey. We did it, so you don't have to!!

Peter talked about Kleen Green cutting through organic matter in the skin and being of tremendous help to Morgellons sufferer's. He also mentioned Dr Marcus Ettinger doing some really helpful work on the correlation between Lyme and Morgellons. And both Mellow and Peter discussed Mr Common Sense who got well from Morgellons with his, 'Poor Man's Protocol.' This protocol was similar in many ways to the Protocol we follow. But I think ours is more far reaching.

A community member talked about Coconut Oil helping her sores. Mellow talked about cooking with coconut oil and using it on his skin too, though he no longer has sores.

A member talked about her Thanksgiving treat being Pumpkin Puree and Coconut Cream! I mentioned putting a handful of frozen Berries ( Strawberry, Blueberry or Raspberry) on the hob. Add the juice of a Lemon and some pure plant Stevia. And cook till mashed down into a puree. Take off heat and let set and it turns into a Jam which lasts in the fridge three days or so. Add to unsweetened Coconut Yogurt and it's delicious. You could also do the same on the hob with Granny Smith apples, Stevia, water and Cinnamon and mash into a puree. You could portion the Apple puree into freezer bags and when you want something sweet, defrost one and add to Coconut Yogurt. Remember, the Cinnamon is anti fungal too:-). That way you can have a sweet treat when you want and limit the amount you eat and portion it out. This may not be suitable for people in the early days of this disease when you can't eat fruit. Test with a little and if your body reacts, wait a while to try again.

Mellow said to watch anxiety as, "anxiety is as bad as sugar this illness loves it." Peter talked about the product, 'Anxietame,' from Logos being very helpful. It contains Magnesium, L Theanine, GABA, 5HTP, Melatonin and other herbs. He also recommended Ashwaganda, Green tea(with L Theanine) which is helpful for stress and relaxation and Lemon balm tea. He said Red Roobios tea crosses the blood brain barrier and is a powerful anti fungal. He suggested that our tea if possible should be Organic in origin to avoid mycotoxins growing in it.

I suggest loose herb tea like German Camomile, Lavender, Passionflower, Rose Petal and Limeflower. You can make up a pot with a little metal strainer in it, add Stevia and fresh Ginger( which is anti fungal). It is very relaxing and excellent this time of year. Even add a cinnamon stick to the cafetiere too( the more anti fungal properties the better). I also drink Organic Nettle tea with Stevia every morning. It is cleansing, an anti histamine( good against allergies), anti inflammatory, anti bacterial. It aids in skin and bone health. Nettle Is high in iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc. It can help with joint pain and also protect against urinary tract infections!! If you don't like the taste have it with a mint tea bag and you won't even taste it.

In terms of Anxiety you can also get Herbal Tinctures that contain Nervines like Oat Straw, Skullcap and Passionflower in them. Valerian tablets or tincture can also help some people if they cannot get to sleep.
Nature provides for us all in a myriad of ways :-).

Thank you Mellow the magnificent for a fun and informative call. And thanks to Peter and everyone else who took part.

Have a lovely Thanksgiving Day when it comes,

Love Chrissie
