Hello Everyone and Welcome,

Last Saturday's Coffee, Tea with Me had John Burgstiner from Logos Nutritionals, our very own Peter Horn and yours truly reunited as "The Three Amigos" to discuss Long Covid and what you can do to help ease the pain and hasten the healing process. What a great and informative call!! Mel wrote about the call, "You won’t want to miss this call, and it might be a good idea to take notes. As we all know, knowledge is the antidote to fear!" This Saturday, being the last Saturday of the month we will not be having a Coffee, Tea with Me conference call but I do want to encourage everyone to join us for Sunday's Prayer and Fellowship.

So I'll see you all on Sunday and don't forget it's the best two hours of the week, Sunday's Prayer and Fellowship and if you're serious about getting well you might consider joining us for Sunday's Prayer and Fellowship, where long term friendships are made and people help each other go through the process of restoring their health.
