Hello Everyone and Welcome,

Last Saturday's Coffee, Tea with Me conference call with special guest John Burgstiner from Logos Nutritionals along with Peter and I discussed some minor adjustments in the protocol. Please take a really good look and if you have any questions contact me and I'll be glad to answer them. A healthy discussion then took place with John answering many questions as well a Peter joining in with his insights.
