Hello everyone, and welcome back!

Last Saturday, March 1st, there was no call, as I enjoyed my first day off in weeks. The weather was beautiful—sunny and warm—and I had a very nice day!

This week's guest is a longtime favorite in our community: none other than John Burgstiner from Logos Nutritionals.

John and I go way back, even before the website was created. He is one of the reasons I am still going strong and in good health—thank you, my friend! While we don’t always agree on everything, we have great love and respect for one another.

I’m happy to announce that John Burgstiner from Logos Nutritionals will be joining us for this Saturday’s Coffee, Tea with Me session. He’ll be sharing the latest updates on world health and Logos Nutritionals, along with any minor adjustments to the protocol. After that, John will be answering any and all questions you may have. So be there or be square!
