Hello Everyone and Welcome,

Whether you are aware or not, we did not hold a Coffee, Tea with Me conference call last Saturday. I took some personal time again, which is becoming a semi-weekly practice that I am really enjoying. I have more chores and errands piling up. The weather remains a bit chilly and unpredictable, but I am already on the lookout for a bait shop and some new fishing tackle.

I am thrilled to announce that this Saturday's Coffee, Tea with Me will focus on diet, marking our first call on this topic after a break of 15-16 months. When I brought this up to my good friend Joe, who is Karianne's husband and the proud father of the lovely Delilah, he replied, "OK, I'll do one." One thing is certain: Joe understands how crucial diet is for restoring health. A healthy diet is essential for newcomers and even for regulars who might occasionally need a refresher. So, if you are new to the community, this call is essential. It will provide invaluable insights into one of the most significant aspects of our healing journey—diet. Keep in mind, the stricter the diet, the sooner you will be on your way.

I look forward to talking to everyone on Saturday. Remember, the best two hours of the week are during Sunday’s Prayer and Fellowship. If you are truly committed to improving your well-being, you may want to join us for Sunday’s Prayer and Fellowship, where lasting friendships are formed and individuals support one another in the journey of regaining their health.
