Hello Everyone and Welcome,

If you hadn’t noticed, we haven’t been around for a couple of Saturdays. That’s about to change starting this Saturday because August was our busiest month of the year, we will be kicking off with a BYOQ (bring your own questions)
This is for all the newcomers—five new members joined our community in August—as well as anyone who might need a refresher. So make sure to join us, and we’ll talk to you—actually, not see you, but talk to you—on Saturday.

Since we didn’t have a call last week, I’ve included a previous call from Saturday, 8/16/25. We were joined by Dr. Alison Ashley, PhD, our special guest and newest community member, along with John Burgstiner from Logos Nutritionals, who actively took part in much of the discussion. Together, they helped cover a wider range of questions and answers than any call we’ve had before. This call is full of valuable information, so be sure to listen using the player below.

I am eager to connect with all of you on Saturday. Remember, the most fulfilling two hours of the week happen during Sunday’s Prayer and Fellowship. If you truly want to improve your well-being, we invite you to join us on Sunday, where lasting friendships form and individuals support one another on their journey to renewed health.
