1:52:14 PM | Today seems like a good day to post. It has been hard to post lately- I started Logos two weeks ago and just finished day 3 of MMS... have had insomnia on MMS last two nights so not sure if should take it in the day time ( forgot to ask Mel?) This morning I started the twitching-not fun- labored breathing, and having some heart palpitations (anxiety I a sure) So I had to reach out to Mel to make sure this was normal even though the posts of others mention these things and I wanted to see if I should drop down 1/2 drop MMS. Mel as usual got me through it and reminded me of what I will need to do to keep getting through the ' you will feel worse before you feel better' part. I like many, want to rush it and have my life back, but no, I must be patient, kick back and take the ride and journey- You are not in Kansas anymore Dorothy LOL... I will listen to my body, but keep following the yellow brick road until I can click those red glass slippers three times and be home in my healthy body once again. There is no place like home and if I want to get there, I must deal with the wicked witch and use courage, heart, and what little brain I have left. I always loved this movie... |
