I am so happy you decided to start a post for yourself. It gives you space to really talk about what you're going through, what's happening and what you're dong about it. ;-) That's why I started mine. I needed a space to just speak the truth of my experience. I needed a place to say, this is what I'm doing, this is how I'm fighting. These are the extra things I'm using that are helping me find comfort. I own my space, just as you have planted your feet firmly and now taken ownership of yours. It seems small in theory, but, it's a HUGE step in putting your own health first.
The reward of journaling your progess is looking into the past to see all the battles you've won. To see how much you've already overcome. It's proof of your own strength as a divine being. It's proof that even at your lowest point, you chose life... And, let me tell you something... It's a sweet feeling to look back on the pain and be in the now, where you're feeling more amazing than ever!
Your prayer is self explainatory, is it not? Everytime you stick with this protocol, the healing continues... And, the light of healing grows stronger, you body responds to it, your spirit responds to it. This is what faith is all about... Knowing the outcome is good before reaching it. One moment at a time... you're already on your way. ;-)
