3:12:55 PM | Hello everyone, I am on 21 drops of MMS, still no major herx! I am wondering is there a cap or place where if you don't herx after a high number like this, that you stop and do a maintenance dose? I remember reading about this with Monica I believe way back?? Anyway, I am doing somewhat better- Thank God! I am working hard on recovery and with very little resources, but I am doing it- laundry, cleaning, baths, meds, food, rest, forward thinking vs. looking back at losses, finding ways to keep my brain active so I don't have intrusive thoughts coming in that are unwanted, staying more organized. My sons are calling me more often which helps and providing loving support. I am still walking the dog, but the heat here keeps me inside more than outside. I have a long road still, much mental battles going on still but less tears and I am fighting off the depression. The lesions won't subside, but I want to fight, I want to beat this, I want to do whatever it takes God willing. I want to thank those who have gone before me/us to provide their stories to show this can be done if we stay in Faith and stay the course. And of course Thank you Mel,for your continued efforts to help so many in need. I have also posted on He cures All Foundation Thread to express my sincere gratitude for the help I am receiving.
