Hi, Everyone – Just to give you a quick update on my friend Charlotte. Her condition is improving! She is slowly being weaned off of the ventilator. They have the machine set on the lowest settings, and have taken her off of all narcotics. They gave her a trach (temporary measure) to help with her breathing until she can completely breathe on her own. As of Aug. 23, she was moved out of ICU into a regular room. She is not out of the woods yet, but things are definitely looking up. Thank you all for the prayers!
