I know how you feel. I really do. I felt so, so, low last year. Last years birthday was one of the lowest points.
It's not easy, it has highs and lows but being a part of this community, being around other people who understand and get what is happening, is a big help! There are so many people who have got better, stronger and living. Believe that you can be better and everyone is here to help each other to get to that point.
Would be great to hear you on the next community call.
