I have good news for you! Your life is definitely NOT over and you don't have to be isolated.
I know it can seem like everyone is passing you by, but there is a community of people right here who understand what you are going through. We would like to get to know you better and encourage you, so please continue posting. Also, come to the Saturday and Sunday calls whenever you can.
When you post, people who understand will respond with help and encouragement. When you come to the Saturday and Sunday calls, you get to know the people in the community better and come to recognize their voices. By coming to the calls, you also get a chance to ask questions, get input from Mel and community members, and learn from various speakers.
You absolutely can get better, so don't give up hope! Mel always says that those who don't give up hope get well.
