My Entry: The Best Two Hours of the Week

I am a person who believes the way God made our bodies is truly amazing and I believe the healing of our body is done by God Himself. Our own bodily system is so very complex and the self healing mechanisms in it are beyond compare. Who can better heal our bodies than the one who created them?

When I first joined "How I Cured Morgellons" I knew I was on the right track when I discovered God was not only not left out but that God would be honored by those who were looking to Him for the results. We know so much but God knows it all, and God loves for us to come to Him.

It reminds me of a lesson my chickens taught me. I moved in an area outside the main city zoned in the county where I can be in a neighborhood but still have up to 5 chickens and 2 goats. I was thrilled to buy my first 3 baby chicks ( all gentle hens) I named them Gertie (Gertrude), Millie (Mildred) and Bea (Beatrice). When they were small I could pet them and hold these little fluff balls in my hand. As they got older and more independent they ran from me. I tried to bring food to draw them, treats, etc. They were afraid of me. They were "chicken". Fearful little creatures who like their freedom. I felt bad I could not have a closer relationship with them. Then one day something happened. Gertie (the lead chicken) started coming close to me and following me to try to tell me something/ Something was wrong and she was trying to tell me. If I bent over to get close to her see backed up and as I moved forward she would continue to follow. she was afraid of me but knew I could help her. After this kept happening all morning I was trying to figure out "What could she be trying to tell me?" I thought for a while and considered that she was 6 months old none of the chickens had ever laid an egg before. There was no other older chickens to show or made it clear what was happening if the hen was feeling discomfort with an egg pressing and stretching, and making her uncomfortable. So I went to her hen house made a nest and showed it to her. She immediately went inside and laid an egg! But, something amazing happened Gertie was SO very grateful for the help I gave her that she no longer was afraid of me. And being the lead hen she encouraged the other hens not to fear me. That same day Beatrice (Bea) starting following me too. She acted the same way Gertie did. So I made another nest beside Gerties for Bea. Then I went to do an errand and came back about 2 1/2 hours later Bea after a hard long ordeal she delivered her first egg. Both eggs were large so they both must have really felt the hard work involved in bringing them forth. Bea was so grateful that she would not only come close to me but bow herself before me and let me pick her up and pet her. Now Gertie lead the 3 of them to answer when I called. I would tell them all when to go to bed and Gertie would lead them all into the cage and Beatrice now would allow me to hold her and pet her to my hearts content, always bowing as I came close to pick her up. Millie thought the other two were crazy! But being the last in peaking order she obeyed Gertie and followed both Gertie and Bea. They were so obedient, so compliant, more so than any dog I ever had. They came when I called and did as they were told. I was so happy about this that I then understood why God wants us to ask for help. Of course He knows what we need, but he wants a relationship with us!. Our independence does not serve God's loving nature to be with us, have us come to Him, and let Him love on us and get to answer our requests.

There is a group of people who are looking to Almighty God to show them how to eat, how to take care of their body that has been under sever attack, how to be restored, those who have asked, listened, and received those answers by direct answer to their own prayers These people have found a key to God's heart! God brings a unity of heart to care for one another, pray for one another, and lean on the breast of the Almighty.

I knew this group would not only make me feel I was in the right place by allowing the spiritual healing that takes place as we rest in the Almighty's hand, but the spiritual healing also heals the body and the soul. We are a triune being. -Body , soul, and Spirit. I believe a deeper healing, as well as quicker healing happens when we line up for our souls and our spirit to be in tune with God and the body just follows in line. Stress goes, comfort comes, tears of joy and sadness are shared together and God comes and touches the deepest part of our being to heal us from the inside out.

Thank you to ALL who are part of these Sunday prayer meetings truly our hearts are knit closer together as we know each other more and help carry one another's burdens and share in each other's accomplishments and victories as well.

God wins! and We win, too. He wants us to cuddle up in His loving arms! Come on, don't be chicken, God is tender,a good listener, and He answers, too.
