Thank you so much for sharing and keeping us all informed. Wow!! We’ve got so much in common, I even felt like you were telling my story!
Be rest assured your weight will come back as well as your hair! I and many others can testify that this protocol and diet will get you there. It’s all part of the healing journey!
As for me and my hair, this is what helps. I spray my hair down with WPS comb it out and damp it lightly, then with some coconut lotion and some drops of clove essential oil, I rub it all in & it helps so much!! Be sure to use medical gloves when doing so. I will always do it every morning and night! It does help!!
Also for sleeping you may try sleepy time tea, it does help! I’ll keep you and your family in my prayers, these challenges are only temporary and they will pass. Please be sure to rest and take it one day at a time! Don’t add any stress, you’ll get this figured out with God’s help!!!
