I wash my hair with sulfer soap, massage it in real good and let it sit for 3 min. While I am waiting, I soap my body down with sulfer soap. After 3 min. I rinse my hair. I have a square shower chair that I sit on and a handheld shower sprayer, so I bend over and not let the rinse from my hair go onto my body. Then, I wash my hair with Tea Tree & Mint Shampoo I get at Walmart and I later started buying the conditioner. Massage it in real good and leave on 3 min. After this 3 min, I rinse my hair again bent over. then, you can rinse your body last. when I am through, I sit on the chair and spray my
hair and body with Kleen Green ( medium formula or strength on the label ), This ritual has helped me tremendously!! I later added the conditioner before finishing shower. I hope this helps; it works for me.
You can use the Sovereign Silver liquid or gel mixed with a little stevia (believe it or not) around your ears, neck, throat and back of head. It will help with the crawlies. The liquid can be used in the eyes, ears, and nose too.
