I am so glad that you found this website and it is wonderful to hear you on the calls. You have definitely made some great decision, ie. The sooner you start on the protocol, the sooner you will begin your healing journey.
I believe it does take some time and a lot of hard work especially if you've been sick for a while. I have been sick for a lot of years and see improvement every month.
You will get all kinds of help here by reading, getting coaching, and coming to the conference calls. There is so much information here and a wonderful group of people who are on their way to regaining their health.
