Those of us who have been here, understand how you feel.
All healing takes time and we are all different inside and out so it takes time to understand what is happening to our bodies and minds.
Mel has been there and if he doesn’t know for sure, he finds out what can help from someone who does.
As he says,"First do no harm"!!!
Come to our Saturday and Sunday calls, meet others who truly understand and read post to help understand, what can help.
We have some great cooks that have put a lot of wonderful recipes on this site, diet is very very important.
