Thankyou for the kind words and I am so glad the post was helpful. Look for my other posts in the forum pages on Newbies Help and Food/Diet Help. I try to make things easier for new members, remembering my beginning.
I am so glad you are here and finally getting the help you truly need. Post to me anytime I am always here and Tea, Chrissie, Nancy, Joanna, and Ruth Ann too. They are all great about posting and answering.
Hopefully soon , you will get phone numbers too. Mel does this for safety reasons and because you need his advice in the beginning more than ours.
