Please don't shoot the messenger here, but need to gently remind you that frying foods in oils with high heat creates acrylamide. Acrylamide is a chemical that can form in some foods during high-temperature cooking processes, such as frying, roasting, and baking. Acrylamide in food forms from sugars and an amino acid that are naturally present in food; and will contribute to and even advance "leaky gut."
Studies in animals have also repeatedly shown that high amounts of acrylamide can cause cancer when eaten. In my humble opinion, fried foods should be avoided until we have reversed intestinal permeability. Hope this understanding helps you reach complte remission and finds you smiling.
