OH MY, IT'S TEA'S RIB EYE!
Hello All,

It was the best!!

?I was greatly given two rib eyes so it was an amazing gift!! I had no grill and I don’t often eat steaks because they’re expensive so, I had to look up some ideas!

This was so easy and turned out amazing! All I had to do was preheat my oven to 350, then rub the steak in extra virgin olive oil, season the steak on each side with powdered onion, garlic and fresh ground pepper. Then on medium heat, in a stainless steel pan, I browned each side of the rib-eye with some hole garlic gloves, approximately three minutes for each side using extra virgin olive oil in the pan as well. Once that was done I added some Kerry Gold butter onto the pan for melted it well and covered the rib-eyes and then placed the pan as is into the oven for six to seven minutes. This left only a small strand of pink in the middle. Of course you could do less if you prefer it to be more medium than medium well.

Hope y’all enjoy!! Oh yes……. and zero carbs!!
