Got you a new recipe that is fabulous and all approved ingredients!! Will work on getting the exact carb count per serving but it should be low. I will list it soon. Recipe below: Beef Stroganoff 2 pounds grass-fed beef cooked and drained. 1/2 of a 16 oz. carton of Kite Hill cream cheese ( Which is 1 cup, carton is 2 cups) 1 can of ( Thia brand ) coconut cream. Put a butter knife in it and make a hole on inside side of can, drain all juice, just keep solid coconut cream. 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk Your favorite seasonings: salt pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika...whatever you like. Konjac noodles, also called Miracle noodles or Shitaki noodles. Small individual size or large bag. (your preference) 3/4 T Olive oil in large skillet or soup pan or wok. I cut up an onion and some fresh minced garlic, last time I added celery too. Saute til onions and celery are clear & softened. Add garlic, saute another min.or two. This step is totally optional, I just cook with these veges all the time. Add beef and cook til browned and done. Add the Kite Hill cream cheese, the coconut cream, and your seasonings. Heat on low to medium stirring occasionally so as not to stick. When all is melted, mixed well, serve over noodles that you rinsed in hot water. I suggest cutting noodles up with scissors a head of time. They are a little different than regular noodles but taste good and are extremely healthy! This makes a lot, but I like to keep meat sauce separate from noodles for lunches or suppers thru out the week or freeze it for other days. You can cut this recipe in half. My family loves this!! You can also make a cream gravy this way or an Alfredo sauce. I discovered this recipe just by experimenting!! Bon Appetit !!!! Next recipe: Egg Life pizzas In a week or so!! Egg Life crust, meats veges, and a low carb sauce!! Love & Hugs, Rockin Robin | |||
