Hello Community,

I have been promising my EggLife pizza recipe, so...here it is! I have been buying the EggLifes for over a year and have found them to be a bread, tortilla substitute and quite versatile. They are made from Cage Free eggs and have 0 carbs and 0 sugar.

EGGLIFE PIZZAS

EggLife rounds - 0 carbs, 0 sugar

Pepperoni - 0 carbs, 0 sugar (turkey or regular)

(Other meats - chicken, ground turkey, ground sausage, canadian bacon, regular bacon, turkey bacon etc...You can choose! Jimmy Dean ground sausage has 0 carbs, 0 sugar.)
I also like canadian bacon - 3 slices chopped make 1 carb. Cook your meats ahead of time to make it easy. Chop canadian bacon - no cooking!

Fresh vege toppings - spinach, cherub or grape tomatoes sliced, onions, bell peppers sliced, pineapple tidbits - very small amounts in place of your daily or weekly berries, jalapenos.

The Sauce....*** Chef Boyardee Pizza Sauce*** It is the best and has only 4 carbs per 1/4 cup. I only use 2 Tablespoons per pizza, about 2 carbs. You have to order it and have it shipped to you from Walmart: they don't sell it inside the store, but it is worth it and is about $1.18 a can. I order 6 cans at a time.

You can see you have lots of variations, I try different ones with my family all the time. They use flour tortillas and I use my EggLifes. These are without cheese but taste great! Mel can tell you when you can add a little Parmesan cheese, later in the diet. Without the veges, your looking at 2 to 3 carbs per pizza! WOW!! Remember to count your vege carbs, but they should be low because you use so little.

Line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper. Spray it well with olive oil to avoid sticking. Lay down your EggLifes and start building your pizzas. Oven @ 350 or 400. Bake til edges brown a little or pizza looks cooked. Use a spatula to remove to plate, carefully.

What a great tasting treat and on our approved diet !!
From Chef Boyardee and me.....Bon Appetit !!

Love & Hugs,
Rockin Robin
