4 Squares of 100% Dark Chocolate About 1/4 cup blueberries, soaked in water if frozen A handful of almonds (can be whole or sliced) Several dropper's full of stevia liquid
Melt chocolate on low heat or double boiler and then add several dropper's full of stevia drops, or to taste and stir well. Careful to not burn.
Arrange almonds in clusters of four on an oiled plate. Place about 5 blueberries on top of the almonds.
Pour the melted chocolate on top of the blueberry almond mixture.
Set in freezer for about a half hour to harden. When done you will have little blueberry, almond and chocolate clusters.
They are quite filling. These were inspired by a dessert we made when I was a kid that called for dried cherries instead of blueberries. The blueberries and 100% dark chocolate are on the diet, so I wanted to try it. You could make it with strawberries also.
Hope you like it!
Thanks, ~Nezhla
