Oh boy now we can eat! Thanks Nancy
Hello all,

Finally!

Preheat oven 375. Loaf Pan 8x4. Oil pan line with parchment paper if you use a bigger pan the loaf will not get as high

Ingredients have at room temperature

Two cups almond flour, six eggs separate yoke and whites beat whites till stiff
Butter1/4 melted
Baking powder 3 Teaspoons
Salt pinch or to your taste
Stevie (optional) 6 drops
Cream of tartar (optional) 1/4 teaspoons just makes the whites stiffer put in

bowl with egg whites— I didn’t use the last 2 optional a lot of recipes don’t separate the eggs but whipped the whites is what makes the loaf taller
I use a hand mixer to beat the whites then folded the whites into the other bowl with all the other ingredients. I have try a lot of recipes and Rusty liked this one the best. Slice and wrap each piece in plastic wrap or what ever you do to freeze items. This way you can take out just what you need for toast or sandwiches. If any questions just ask! It is supposed to be 2carbs a slice.

Good baking!,
Nancy
