Yummy Soup Chicken!

1 16 oz Package of frozen cauliflower, organic
1 12 oz package of frozen broccoli, organic
1/4 white onion, chopped
6 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 Package of Celery, chopped
1 24 oz Low Sodium Chicken Broth, organic
1 lb of Chicken Breast, organic

Seasonings:

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 tbs Parsley

While you’re cooking, your 1 pound of chicken, can be in the oven or on a pan, cover it in olive oil let it bake. While doing so, chop your celery, onion and your garlic and sauté in olive oil for about seven minutes. Add chicken broth, one bag of your frozen cauliflower rice all the seasoning and bring to boil while waiting. Chicken should be complete pulled out chop it up as small as you can and throw it in! Once everything is mixed together to a boil, turn down on low for maybe another 15 minutes. Then you’ll add your bag of frozen broccoli stir it up and let it boil for approx five to seven minutes, whichever you prefer. I still like my broccoli to be pretty green, yet soft.

A great soup that’ll last five to six lunches, so healthy and affordable too!!! Also, if you wanted to take out the chicken then add more broccoli and celery, it’s a great option!

I hope you enjoy!
