Sour Dough Bread

I love this organic gluten free sour dough bread I bought from “Simple Kneads”. It reminds me of a German bread made in a brick oven we used to buy.

I haven’t noticed any reaction to eating this bread except it’s delicious toasted with Kerry butter.
