I HAVE ALWAYS SAID,"READ READ READ AND READ SOME MORE."
Robin,

From my understanding.. the reason is that the biofilms protect the Lyme from the anti-biotics. There morphology of Borrelia is also a big part of it. In my opinion. This article can explain it better than I can.

Metamorphoses of Lyme disease spirochetes: phenomenon of Borrelia persisters

I decided on liquid stevia based on that trial that I posted down below. The powder form didn't do much, while liquid stevia did. The nutramedix outperformed the other brand.. which I can't remember, but it's on there. At first I was counting drops and it was annoying.. so very relatable. I'm from Kansas and all my life we've used quart and pint Mason jars as drinking glasses. It's economical and super handy to be honest... some of them have measuring marks on the sides. Anyways... I figured out how much to drop in by the glass size I'm using. I just eyeball it anymore.

On the eggs subject... I literally youtubed peeling eggs. It's so much easier now. Also, between the time I posted this and now.. I found this little guy -

Express Egg Cooker

Amazing.. absolutely awesome. Very compact too. It took maybe 1/4 cup of water to hard boil 7 eggs. Perfectly.

Terry,

Glad you found the info useful. I also found some studies on the use of stevia on wounds. They studied it on mice, or rats, and had proven that it heals faster, with less scaring.

Peter,

That study was very powerful in my opinion. I have and will continue to look for any and all information that is relevant to this community. Very cool that you also found that article.

Laura,

Thanks for the kind words. The positive affects of the use of stevia is still bewildering to me. I honestly can't believe it's not more known about. I guess I'm glad it isn't in a way.. It wouldn't take too long before a giant corporation would bastardize it with junk added. Well.. nevermind, that's already happening. Truvia is a perfect example of that.
