Thanks for your input Sara. Those are excellent suggestions. I have followed most of your suggestions for a decade or so and I did have a good immune system until about two years ago when the Morgellons appeared. I use only organic food when it can be found: organic olive oil, eggs, wild fish chicken, veggies, fruits. I eat only grass-fed beef as I have never found a source of organic beef. What I am puzzled by is that I purchased the PH strips a month ago and I am always acidic. Bread is always a problem because Organic whole grain bread seems always to have a lot of sugar so I seldom use bread. Some internet lists say Oats are acidic, some say alkaline. I make my own food from scratch and have thrived on a home-made granola based on oats, almonds, dried blueberried (or cranberries) and sometimes add pumpkin seeds or flax seeds - and to hold it all together - a heated mixture of organic olive oil and small amount of honey. I would think this mixture would be alkaline -
