Hi Donald,

I hope you are doing better. As far as my head goes, I'm still getting the pain. It's not like a headache that's a constant pain. It's different in that it only lasts for a few moments and then it passes. I wonder if this might be some kind of herxing reaction, or perhaps some of the stuff dying in my head. It's not so horrible though and I can tolerate it. Especially if it means progress and that this is a "no pain no gain" circumstance.

From what I've learned in the past few years, is that healing can actually be painful and that the pain we get from this healing shouldn't be subdued or masked by medicines which can actually prevent the healing process. So when we feel pain, we should focus on the gain and believe that the pain will pass when the healing is done.

I'm very interested in finding out the results of your MRI. I didn't realize that mold in the brain can even be seen on an MRI. I've read somewhere that autopsies are showing that more and more people all full of mold/fungus. Not sure how credible the source, but I tend to believe that it's true. Do you actually smell any mold in your house?

As far as my herxing goes, I think for the most part it's mainly just more movements, like deeper movements and more twitching. As far as the crawling sensations, I think I've just gotten used to them, and they don't bother me nearly as much as the deeper and bigger movements I have in my body. I do sometimes feel dizzy, fatigue, and my throat will get a little tender and sore. However, I've not had any serious herxing as of yet.

My weight is still an issue. I look thin and unhealthy. But I think it's just going to take time because I'm really loaded with this pathogen and it is robbing me of calories and nutrition. At one point I had gotten down to 109 and my normal weight is about 130 (that was really scary!). I know I'm more than 109 because of the way my clothes fit me, but I have anxiety about getting on the scale, so I don't weigh myself anymore. How is your weight by the way?

Stay strong Donald!!

Therefore we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces patience, patience produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because Gods love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
