I'm glad that this pain in my head isn't so unusual and that it's possibly something positive. It doesn't happen all the time, so it's not something that I can't tolerate.
I do have hot flashes though and they are really bothersome. I've just ordered some Eve's Harmony from Logos, so I'm hoping that'll make a difference. I am at an age when I should be starting menopause (unfortunately). I thought it might be certain foods that I was eating, because it's happened with food before, but now I'm not so sure. I guess I'll find out once I start taking the Eve's Harmony.
