Hi Cheryl,
This forum is a wonderful place to talk about what works best for people, It has helped me fine tune Mel's protocol.
If I am doing something wrong Mel or a member of our group will reply that I am doing something wrong & to make adjustments.
As you know I had kidney stone that took 5-days to pass & the reason I am telling you that is I cant stress how very important water intake is the body & fighting these disease's.
I drink 1-gal. of distilled water every day to flush my system, If your urine is bright yellow or smells you are NOT drinking enough water.
Water intake is key to healthy bowel movements so stay hydrated, If taking Meds. even more critical to stay on the water.
Cheryl I know you have gone thru a lot of medical challenges but you sounded much better on last wks. BYOQ & Sunday prayer,
I pray for you & other members to beat this demon down into the dirt where it belongs.
I know it is so much work but that is the only way to get better and after talking w/ people who got better using Mel's treatment I have NEW HOPE.
