Thank you so much for thinking about me and trying to figure out how I can put some weight back on. Unfortunately, I don't do well with almond butter, so I don't think that's an option for me right now. I think as Donald suggested I'm going to add some more avocados to see any hopefully that'll help. All my tests came back normal from the PCP, not showing any indication of Lyme even. It is Deja Vu all over again with my tests not showing that anything is wrong with me. I may eventually go and see a Lyme doctor to get the tests that are more accurate. Donald said that when he saw his PCP that his tests for Lyme came back negative as well, but the tests that the Lyme doctor ran showed that he did have Lyme. Nevertheless I plan to continue with the protocol because I'm sure that it will at least help me and am still hoping that it may completely heal me. I'm starting to think that my issue is more fungal related than anything else, so most importantly I need to focus on diet. I think that Donald, Neal and I have a major fungal overgrowth. All 3 of us have the sticky feet symptom, and I know that Donald and I have the abundance of white powdery specks coming out of us. Knowing that his labs and MRI confirmed that he has mold issues leads me to believe that I most likely have this as well. It's just a matter of whether or not I want to go and get this confirmed by a doctor. And if I do, and it comes back positive, I'm not sure I'd do anything different than what I'm already doing. However, if I do get tested by the Lyme doctor and yet again all the tests come back normal, I'm sure that it'll crush my spirits and diminish the hope that I have, so I think the best thing is to hold off for now and just continue with the protocol. With my scalp, I've tried a lot of things and nothing really seems to work (including WPS, Kleen Green, cold water, aloe vera, witch hazel, and alcohol). I think it's more of an internal issue and I'm not sure how much the topical treatments really work. It seems like doing these treatments makes my hair loss worsen, but it's hard to tell because my hair loss has increased overall the past few months. Like you said, it might be that my scalp is purging, but at this point, it's really hard to understand the real reason behind it. Hi Donald, when I was drinking the lemon juice I never added the cayenne. I was just drinking it for the flavor, and because I heard that it increases alkalinity. Soon after I stopped drinking the lemon water my hot flashes went away totally. I had hot flashes while I was going through chemo for Lymphoma, but I'm not sure what caused them and wonder what the lemon water might be affecting that would cause this same thing to happen. But for now it'll have to remain an unsolved mystery. God Bless, Anna | |||
