Hi Anna and Donald,

I just got finished reading through this entire thread and love the sense of support, encouragement, and all of the helpful information shared.

I always enjoy hearing you both on the Saturday and Sunday calls. You are both kind people with good hearts and it is a blessing getting to know you both.

Please keep posting your journeys. Reading the struggles you both are having and seeing your determination to get well, is very encouraging to me and others as well.

Thanks to Pam for giving Mel all of that great information that we all need to be aware of. I hope everyone will read "The Healing Crisis" below.
