I too have seen bubbles in the bowel movement. I have noticed after having it for years originally, that the pathogen can create gas (as in passing gas) especially when it gets in the colon, and so it makes sense that there would be bubbles in the bowel movement. I had a really bad case of it in the colon the first time around, and that was the last place it remained for a long time. This exposure I feared that the most, as it is very uncomfortable; so when I heard about diatomaceous earth taken internally on one of the conference calls, I tried it and it keeps that part of my body clean of the pathogen, at least any physical signs of it in there. I think it removes them.
I take about a tablespoon in a glass of water very early in the morning, before taking any pills or eating (one hour before anything as it would swipe away those good things like it swipes away the bad buggers).
So keep them separate. I often go back to bed for an hour.
Be well. This stuff can go away.
