Thank you so much for sharing this information about the importance of exercising. I'll need to do it more often when I'm able. It's been busy lately and I've not had the opportunity to do anymore bike riding but I hope to be able to this weekend sometime, weather permitting. Today it's pretty cold at 59 degrees and windy but I'm not sure what the weekend is supposed to be like. I see the leaves are beginning to fall, however the fall color isn't very vibrant and the trees are mostly green still. The picture you posted is beautiful and it amazing me how even the death of the leaves can bring forth such beauty. I truly love the colors that the fall brings to us and enjoy this time of year when the weather finally cools down. Especially since our summers are so hot and humid. I'm glad that you're able to go out with your friend and get some exercise as well as to enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of nature. It's really good for us to get out of our homes to feel and smell the fresh air along with all the sweet aromas to give our minds solace and peace from all of the unpleasant things that come with this disease. So thank you for sharing this with us all. I am filled with amazement and awe when I see the beauty of nature and all that our Lord has created and I feel my spirit being lifted when I think about how great He is. I have dedicated my Pinterest boards to show God's glory, majesty and wisdom which He has revealed in His Creation.
