I hope y’all are doing well! I wanted to post sooner, but this week was a little bit hectic, turns out it’s probably is perfect timing, as I’ve come across some really good things to share! As we all walk in our journeys to getting well, our paths are all a bit different. None of the less, we all experience things, and many we just don’t wanna talk about. I say this especially for the Newbies, and that is, as hard as it may seem for you, or your family, you will get better and one of the main components for this to happen will be your positive outlook and the ability to control the negative emotions that try to creep in your mind, constantly. As if we didn’t have that enough when we were healthy, throw in some toxic disease and it complicates things all the more. A part of our healing and strength in our mind is peace and rest. Now we all know what peace is, but rest doesn’t mean that we have to go to sleep to obtain it. Rest can simply mean that we’re keeping calm and having peace. (mind blowing right.) This is important for keeping our positive outlook. When we continue to keep looking back at negative situations it will only hinder our healing. This can easily be done just by listening to the news today. Letting negativity in puts us at a stand still in healing and will only feed our negative thoughts and steal your inner peace. Please never compare yourself to anyone, especially your healing time. We are all different. Different health, different symptoms, why are we even live in different parts of the world, but what we can share is getting well. So please keep the negative out and begin a new positive journey that God intends for us all to have. Laugh, listen to music, use your creative mind or just rest, but choose joy, choose peace and keep your your outlook positive. I encourage anyone to share what they may be doing to help with their inner positive connections. One example for me is my positive post-its! I have some post-it notes, so I decided to begin writing positive thoughts or bible verses and just stick them around the house to read! ;-) Gotta do whatever it takes!!!! Below is a link for that will share different insights of the true power and positive thinking. https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/the-power-of-positive-thinking Take care & Stay positive!
