What’s in your garbage???

Can we all not relate to someone who doesn’t want to take out the garbage!?! As if it’s just too much of a hassle or takes up too much of our time?

As all of the garbage & stuff begins to pile up it collects into stacks until we can no longer be present because of the stench, it will begin to pile up so high that it will be taking away our clean, fresh, normal space and turning it into an eyesore. Growing into toxic molds and bacterias inside, it then becomes all too heavy to carry.

Sometimes we think we have to wait until a scheduled time to take it out…… or maybe just whenever it’s convenient for another day?

Now let’s connect the garbage that piles up in our home to what we keep stuffed, that piles up inside us, that’s just straight up stinky!

You see as we keep bringing in thoughts full of garbage, we’ll just stack them away into our trash cans all throughout our minds, first and second floors, in the garage and outside too, and for most of us, I think we always have trouble cleaning them out.

They are full of anger, anxiety, confusion, worries, sadness, unforgiveness, doubts, fear and more….

Ok so here’s the good news! You can de clutter, downsize and simplify your mind!!

When our minds begin to heal, our bodies begin to heal. Holding onto so much garbage from past events does nothing but keeps us full of junk that weighs us down, takes up space, and can keep us sick.

So take out the garbage… Lay it down and let go AND don’t pick it pack up, why don’t even try to recycle it!! Once it’s laid down, it’s gone, so don’t go looking for it. Simply let it go!!

Once the weights have been lifted, live again and refuse to keep holding on to that which was never intended for us to keep.

You see Jesus wants us to lay our burdens down, He wants us to bring them to the cross and leave them. Your Jesus journey can begin with a divine connection in which He has intended for you. So please don’t wait, He longs to hear from you!!

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
