Look at your life with all that goes on. Now listen, can you so vividly hear an emergency call…. 911, what’s your emergency?

For years, I have continually seen and heard the number over and over in my mind until the enemy wanted me to believe it was because there was only one reason, something was wrong.

But if you take a look at it a little deeper with reality, things are not always bad, and truth be told, it would help us in time of trouble when we need to dial that number!

Nehemiah 9:11. ”And You divided the sea before them, So that they went through the midst of the sea on the dry land; And their persecutors You threw into the deep, As a stone into the mighty waters.“

Over and over again throughout my life that number has always stuck in my mind. It didn’t really dawn on me until, Psalm 91:1. He who dwells in the secret place of the most high shall abide under his wings.

Now it makes perfect sense! When reading throughout the Bible many chapters 91 verse one will often be a reminder of help in time of need.

So let it be that every time you see it, be a reminder to pray! Don’t put it off till tomorrow, for what needs to be done today. God is speaking to you showing you that there’s a reason and always remember it doesn’t have to mean hardship.

Jesus wants us to come to him in prayer at any given time for any particular reason, whether it’s praise & worship, thankfulness, praying for others or simply for yourself. Even the smallest things in life matter.

Psalm 46:1 God is my present help in my time of need.

Psalm 108:2 give us help from our trouble as the help from man is useless.

Again, let it be a reminder! Pray with expectancy that help is on the way. If you’re believing something is coming to rescue you from a phone call, should you not believe a prayer to the Lord is heard and that your help is in the process of His timing and grace!

Believe it, expect it and patiently wait for it!!!!

Psalm 102 1 & 2 ”Hear my prayer, O Lord, And let my cry come to You. Do not hide Your face from me in the day of my trouble; Incline Your ear to me; In the day that I call, answer me speedily.“
