How ironic! Only this morning I spoke with a certain young man who just about a year ago was sharing similar concerns with me after eating his entire birthday cake himself.
The bad news is that It set his recovery back approximately three months.
The good news is that he feels he is now fully recovered!
The best news is that he is now engaged in both a full and a part time job!!
So refocus, don't beat yourself up, and remember the SUM of the parts. Slow and steady gets the job done.
