Hello All
A quick post about the protocol , this Upcoming month will be the 5th month
I will be on the protocol when I Receive it should be soon I think ,
and I'm excited about that , I think I'm Feeling better , I Kinda go back and forth but that could be, Just everyday stresses or it could beThe colder weather but it seems like I'm seeing less of the debree but can't Be sure yet , it's nice not to have so much Around regardless of the reason.
I'm Doing well on sticking to the diet , need To spend a little time researching recipes And see what tasty additions I can add For a little variety ...
Still learning though and it's quite a Process ... But I am enjoying it ...
I also tried the recipe terry was talking About hair in one of her old posts, she uses
Serrapatase with shampoo , empty a Capsule into a small amount of shampoo
And mix it in your hands then apply it To your wet hair and leave on for five
Minutes then rinse and repeat , condition As you normally do and I'm seeing a change, It's helping with the biofilm removal , but It's going to take some time to completely Get it all out ...
I like it though and you can buy Serrapatase At Walmart or just about anywhere pretty Reasonably, so anyway.
