I'm quite conscious of trying not to add to many parts that might interfere with the protocol, however I was wondering what your take on incorporating chlorella and/or Spirulina into the diet?
From what I have read, you have to be careful with quality and sourcing as some products are grown in less than favourable conditions and pass this toxicity on.
The benefits of algae, particularly chlorella would be on heavy metal detox, along with fresh coriander.
One final thing, logic would suggest it would be foolish to eat foods that you are allergic to, even if very mildly, due to the inflammation. However I absolutely love avocados, they're great on a Keto diet and the symptoms I have are relatively mild, mainly irritation in the throat lining. There are a few foods that have become my staple that I am allergic to - eggs, nuts, avocados - and whilst the symptoms are negligible to very mild, I am still aware that even the slightest histamine response could be counter productive. Should I be cutting them out of my diet? There are quite a few food groups that I have histamine responses to, is this due to the imbalances in my gut terrain, and do allergies ease with bio terrain restoration?
Thank you so much again! |
