Hope you are well, and sorry that I wasn't able to make it on to last weeks call.
Just got off the phone to Mel, and he advised me to post here in regards to a viral infection and dosage of Monolaurin. I've broken out into a bad rash on my neck, collarbone, and parts of my upper back. It's red, dry in patches and itchy. I've had shingles before many years ago and whilst this rash isn't painful like the previous episode, it does seem reminiscent of a shingles/lymes rash. That along with the night sweats lends me to believe that I am working through a viral patch at the moment. I was taking two monolaurin capsules a day over the last few days, one with a meal, however Mel has advised to up to 4. He also advised to reach out to you for your thoughts and recommended dosage. I reckon I have a lyme's coinfection, i get cat claw like tears appear from time to time on the surface of my skin.
I appreciate from the bottom of my heart all that you, Mel and the team do for the community, and would greatly appreciate any insight.
