Hi Eric,

Thanks for your excellent question.

Most Logos Nutritionals products are best taken with food but I can think of a couple of exceptions... MagnifiZyme and Nitro Complex which should be taken on an empty stomach (either 30 minutes before or one hour after eating). Monolaurin is best absorbed when taken with a fatty meal.

As for the MMS, you would need to ask Mel as I have no experience with using it.
