My Friend Warrior,
If I had written this myself I could not have said it better.
It was like the words were coming from my own mind.
I to have been riding the waves since June of 2017.
I have been on the protocol since January 2018.
I can not even look back as I don't want to remember.
I am now at the end of my journey. With the help from Mel and my faith in God, I can finally see the end.
Like Karen said you have to buckle down and be strict on your diet.
I can honestly say I have never once missed a dose of WPS or not one dose of my Logo supplements.
I want to be Well and I mean 100%.
I am very strict with everything I put in my mouth. It isn't worth the few minutes of joy. The joy will come when we all do our happy dance.
Life is worth fighting for. It will take time and I mean maybe years but in the end we will win.
Be strong and brave.
