thank you so much.
I live in a sober house with 6 other fabulous girls...and although we are tidy & do a lot of cleaning...its not our own home.
Because we are Oregon coasties we deal with a lot of mold...but Mel has been around to talk me off the ledge when I wasn't able to stop self medicating with the vino ( 1 year sober almost guys!)
And after I realized I really was not alone..that you fine people, Mel existed? well I just keep on keeping on. and I pray, and I get ready for the day when I am ready to fly solo & start the full protocol.
but if you are like me & have no bathtub & are renting...there are lots of ways to stay above water...even better!
