I still use cotton sheets so I can't help you there.
I use Arbonne products because they are all natural. It is quite expensive from a distributor unless you have a party (which I actually did once and was able to receive much of the product free), but now I buy it from ebay when I can find it at a low price. In the past, I have found a few inexpensive natural lotions online at Swanson Health Products. Otherwise, I use Coconut oil :)
