I am glad you are still making progress. Working full time and raising a family makes it a little more of a challenge.
Thinking back from where I started makes me realize that at this point in time I am definitely better. It is a lot easier to get through each day. For me it has become a slow process, but I am encouraged by the positive signs of progress that I am seeing. That in its self makes it easier to deal with mentally.
I am convinced that if we stick to the plan and stay the course to the best of our ability, we will get well.
