Thanks for your kind and encouraging words. Yes, it seems the men are not as vocal on the site as the women. I am guilty of that myself. I am a “behind the scenes” kind of guy.
But I do understand the importance of contributing.
It’s commendable that you are as involved as you are supporting your wife and contributing to the community. Three years seems like an eternity when you are first starting. But you are absolutely right, our bodies took years to digress, and it can’t be reversed overnight. I think accepting that it was going to take a while was a struggle for me initially. Once I started seeing improvement and feeling better, it was easier to accept that the healing process takes time. That made it easier to be less concerned about the time factor.
This community provides all the tools to heal. With time, commitment, and Mel’s assistance it will happen.
Thanks again for staying involved. For those of us that are still healing, hearing your positive comments is very encouraging.
And thanks to all the ladies that contribute on the site.
Your efforts are encouraging as well.
