Thanks for your encouraging words. I think both of us know that fastest road to recovery is to stick to the plan. Which can be a challenge when life throws you a curve every now and then.
As you stated, when you deviate for whatever reason, just make a concerted effort to get back on track.
I too, have a long daily commute. And agree, that the time lost driving does have an impact on how much time I have during the day to get things done around the house. Plus I work a lot of weekends, so this cuts into my “ time to get things done “ as well. I am working on doing better at time management. Hopefully this will enable me to stay on track and get more done without sacrificing rest and sleep.
I have been relying on Mel’s posts concerning diet for any new eating ideas. I really appreciate those that post their dining suggestions. Having as many eating options as possible is a good thing.
It’s hard to believe this year is almost gone ! I hoped I would be closer to getting well by the end of the year than I am. However, I am encouraged by my consistent progress and feel that the end is in sight. The days are definitely easier to get through than they were a year ago. If I do my part, 2024 should be my year.
Stay the course and keep the faith ………………….. T
